How long it takes

You can receive up to 20 commends per 5-6 minutes

this is a CS2 limit that cannot be bypassed by sending commend even manually

I got only few commends and i didnt getting any more

Bot send commends every 5-6 minutes (5 minutes delay + 1 minute of receiving commends )

Bot said that im got all commends but i dont see them in game

This is a well-known problem with Profile synchronization in cs2, You have just to restart game and thats all. You can now see Your commends on your profile

Can i got Vac/Game Ban?

No, Its imposibble to get a vac. It works the same like getting a commend from friend in-game
